Floating Lab Makers is operated by Ditmer Partners, Inc., a Tennessee corporation ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use floatinglabmakers.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (optional) and what you bought.
• Account details if you create an account: your name, email and saved addresses.
• Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, device type) from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, answer your messages, prevent fraud, and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your information, and we don't send marketing email.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop:

• Stripe, to take payment.
• Shipping carriers (USPS and UPS), to deliver your order.
• Cloudflare, for anonymous site statistics.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the shop needs to work: keeping your cart, keeping you signed in, and remembering your checkout progress. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep order records as long as we need them for taxes, warranties and returns. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello at floatinglabmakers dot com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

The shop is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
