Shipping rates

Standard Shipping is based on your order's merchandise total before discounts:

• Under $25: $7.95
• $25 to $49.99: $9.95
• $50 to $74.99: $11.95
• $75 and up: free

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii add $10.00, including orders that otherwise ship free. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships

• Ready-to-ship items leave our workshop within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order items are built for you after you order. Each product page shows its lead time ("Made to order · ships in N days"); we ship as soon as your piece is ready.

We ship with USPS or UPS, depending on the package, and email tracking when your order is on its way. Our makers work from more than one workshop, so an order may arrive in separate packages.

Returns

• Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original condition. Email us at hello at floatinglabmakers dot com to start a return. You pay return shipping; we refund the item price to your original payment method once it arrives back with us. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• Made-to-order and customized items are made just for you, so they're final sale — unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email hello at floatinglabmakers dot com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping — your choice, and our cost.
