Terms of Sale

These terms are between you and Ditmer Partners, Inc., a Tennessee corporation doing business as Floating Lab Makers. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. If an item is listed at the wrong price or is unavailable, we'll contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Handmade items

Our products are made by hand, so small variations in color, finish and size are normal and are part of the charm, not a defect.

Made-to-order and custom items

Lead times shown on product pages are estimates. Made-to-order and customized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective — see Shipping & Returns.

Charitable items

Items marked "100% to CMA" are made and donated by a member of our family; 100% of the item's sale price is given to the Christian Motorcyclists Association's Run for the Son. Shipping charges are not included. Purchases are not tax-deductible donations.

Your content

If you send us names, text, images or designs to put on a custom item, you confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline any request.

Our content

Product designs, photos and text on this site belong to us or our makers. Please don't copy them for commercial use.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
